Quick Question Please! - Motions CPR Users...

Hi All -

I'm having a lil bit of breakage and wanted to halt it...so I picked up some Motions CPR.

It says to leave on for five minutes - doesn't seem like that would be a lot of time to do anything though...

How long do you REALLY leave it on???

i leave it on for 30-45 minutes with/without heat. HTH

I leave it on overnight

30min-until whenever w/o heat. I love it, it helps soften my newgrowth as well. /images/graemlins/up.gif

I leave it on for about 15 min with just a plastic cap on.

I use it as one of my CO washes conditioner, and since I was having some breakage I decided to use it as suggested on the web page. It has helped alot.

30 mins with a cap. just rinse really well, you dont want little flakes in your hair
