I've noticed this is the main ingredient in the Ojon products so I am hoping it may be a less expensive substitute. Only questions: Is this oil really better than other oils such as coconut oil? How does one prevent red palm oil from staining? Any tips, suggestions, reviews? Thank you so so much!

This is not one that I use but try doing a search on this site. This has been discussed alot in the past.

Just did a search and found lots of hits. There is one OJon hit that comes up when you search for Red Palm Oil ( good thread to)!

I know this a staple for Nigerian cooking. I never heard of it for use in the hair but I guess any natural oil can be used...
