Relaxed ladies who do wash and buns....

Reinventing
Before my relaxer I washed my hair and let it air dry for the first time. I had moisturizers in it, but my hair was hard and tangled by the time I visited my beautician for my touch up. I must be doing something wrong. I put a little gel and Noutrisse hair paste on my hair.

Question:

If you wash your hair and air dry, how do you keep it tangle free? or do you blow dry it and then put it in a bun? This is what I normally do, but I was trying to do something different.

Thanks.

I air dry all the time using the scarf method and my hair comes out way softer this way versus whn I blow dry.

after I apply my leave ins, i pull my hair back into a bun or 2 and tie it down for a few hrs then b4 my hair is dry, I apply more moisturizer and this time detangle and smooth it back more and tie it down again this time till dry. My roots get really straight that way
