Can someone please be kind enough to tell me how y'all are getting these 20% off Sally's Coupons and the $5 off ones? I'm a member, but I don't get any offers e-mailed to me or anything. How does this work? TIA.

Go to the site and make sure your account is set up there with all your info. Sometimes they mail me coupons and sometimes I get emailed coupons.
