Excellent progress!! Looks like it only took 4 months too (unless I'm missing something!)!

;) I need to thank you ladies for all your help. I incorporated all of the tips you posted. I threw away by brush and comb only wash days. I wear protective styles 99.9% of the time (buns and fall wigs only)!!! NO HEAT. I use the following vitamins: Ultra Nourishair, NAC (600 mg), MSM (1000 mg) and Biosil. I just started MTG this week so we’ll see if that helps. I wash one or two times and week and deep condition once. I’m truly flattered by all comments because I have stalked a few your albums for inspiration!:)

:eek: Wow that is some great progress!! Looking at your T-shirt you went from above the red writing to just below it- in 5months! You grow girl!! keep doing what your doing cause your hair is lovin it! :lol:

It's N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine ( a sulfur-containing amino acid). I got it from GNC
 
Oh, my goodness you must spill the beans as that is some tremendous growth. Im still waiting to see results. I'm going to press my hair and post a current pic as I've been on LHCF and officially started taking care of my hair in June. I sure can't wait to see as I have much new growth and had wanted to stretch.

Great job! Keep up the hair growth and let me know what else you're doing to keep it so healty.
