Can you ladies show me a picture of what a seamless comb looks like? I have a wide tooth comb but I don't think it's seamless.

Wanda - Look down the back of your comb (the thin edges) and around the teeth. If you see a bit of raised plastic (a line) that goes along the perimeter... its not seamless. The seamless combs don't have that. The link Allandra provided is a good one... I bought a comb from there, but I was more satisfied with the combs that I bought at Tenderheaded.com-the teeth aren't as sharp.

I have the Nubone II comb and the C50R from Tenderheaded. One note though, I have bought about 4 other combs from Tenderheaded for my sister and Mom. By far the Nubone II is the sturdiest comb. The tortoise ones are a little more fragile.

I bought #205 from Hairsense. The lady who owns the business is very nice and helpful... the comb is sturdy...but like I said...the teeth are sharp!

Here's another link to seamless bone combs. I bought two of these and I'm very impressed. I'll never go back to a regular comb. I was looking through a mag tonite and I saw a pantene ad. The woman was combing her hair with a bone comb! I kept looking for words to mention the fact that she was using a bone comb...but it didn't say so.

I thought this site had the best selection and prices overall. I ordered two - the detangling comb and a fine tooth comb for $20 with shipping and handling.

Anybody try the wooden. I have a small one that I got from the Body Shop and it is great. Smooth.
