Is anyone actually using or have used hard water shampoos & conditioners? If so, do they do any good? My hard water problem is part of the reason why I'm in braids because I don't want to deal with it. I bought a shower filter, but the water pressure was so low that it wasn't worth it. I returned it to the store. Also, washing with distilled & filtered water is a pain. So does anyone have any opinions or product reviews of the hard water shampoos? Are there any brands you recommend?

I dont have hard water, but my Elasta QP Creme Condtioning Shampoo says on the bottle that it is great for use in hard water.

I actually bought a bottle of the Elasta QP Creme conditioning shampoo, and used it on the front part of my hair that isn't in extensions. I shampooed using tap water, and it worked just fine. My hair still felt soft. Thanks Babygurl.

Ijust bought Aqua Tonic Hard Water Conditioner on Tuesday, I haven't tried it yet; but I'll keep you posted when I do!
