What problems have people been having with Sheldeez?

Check out the Vendor Reviews forum. Ladies have complained about orders that arrived late, receiving the wrong order, having a hard time returning and/or exchanging, and having a hard time reaching customer service. 20% off sounds great, but I'm curious as to whether this place has gotten its act together. I plan to order from Irby's on Friday and will hopefully get my products quickly.
