Silky Twist Extensions Help

Looking to get these done.... not the kinky but the straight twists with extensions for length... I think I mean the ones with the burnt ends? I've been searching online for a picture of what I'm looking for....

Also, concerned because I have fine hair and the last time I got micros my hair grew but suffered a bit on the ends....

Also, what's a reasonable price? What hair to get? Human hair or can I get away with synthetic?

I had silky twists done with synethetic for 180. Google senagalese twists. I think the method is different from what I actually had. On mine, they braided the bottom about 1/2 inch then twisted to the end. It was past BSL, then she sealed the extension with a drop of nail glue.

I'm not sure what you mean by "they braided the bottom about 1/2 inch then twisted to the end". So did they braid then twist? I'd want twists all the way....
