I've used this before, a while back. I didn't have any specific hair results to report but my skin improved within days of starting it and I notice improvement in my nails soon after. It is mostly an MSM supplement with a couple extra things. I found it ideal at the time because I was already taking a b-complex.

It's funny that I ran across this. I just started taking these yesterday. I found them at my local flea market for $1 a bottle and the expiration date is 2008.
