Disclaimer: I don't have a BKT, have never had one, but may get one in the future.

I hear alot of complaints about the fumes burning eyes. Has anyone thought about using swimming goggles when applying the BKT? The rubber should seal out the fumes just as it seals out water in a pool.

I dunno. Just an idea.

I thought about that, but wouldn't the strap from the goggles get in the way?

I'd have BKT done twice and the fumes were not that bad to resort to goggles. I presume with some brands with 4% or more formaldehyde, maybe the fumes are worse?

:lachen: I'm sorry. I could see it now in my head.:diver::grin: Sorry BKT users. I'm being silly today.:drunk:
