Tea Rinse

I was wondering what the purpose of a tea rinse is? and whether I should do it as a final rinse with green tea?

Tea rinsing is used for stopping shedding in it's tracks and strengthening hair. Check out this thread. It is also used to Cleanse and stimulate growth in Ayurveda. I personally wouldn't make the Green tea my final rinse without following up with a dc.
