Temporary protective locs & stylist recommendation

Anybody have/had these? What are your thoughts?

I'm trying to help a friend locate someone who can do these for her in North Carolina (or SC or GA, etc....she may be willing to travel to a nearby state)

What do you do with your new growth? Do you plan on locking your real hair?

I have nothing to offer, but I do want some temporary loc extensions after seeing that video. I might try to do it myself :/

Ive had them..... did them myself... only problem was that it was sooo heavy!! My hair is almost waist length so yea... it was pretty heavy... I love them tho.... if your friend has long hair she can ask the person that is doing it to bend her real hair in half so the loc isnt as long an heavy.
