OK, I think resetting options should've fixed the problem, let me know. I can get in but can others?

I tried a few minutes ago and it says, "This folder is empty".

Forgive my persistence, try again, FOTKI cust. service told me album was hidden even though it was not adjusted to be so, so I redid all settings. Don't even try to view for now, waste of your efforts I'll
deal with it then let you know
