My stylist degree relaxes my hair with Motions Oil Moisturizer Regular Strength relaxer. He relaxes my hair in degrees (my hair is about %50 relaxed) and will work the relaxer in and rinses it right out. When my hair dries it is just like my natural hair, wavy with some curls, it is precision cut into a graduated bob. I want to try the shingling method or twists under the dryer as shown on Miss Jessie's web site, this will get me through the last week or so before a touch up when the roots are getting frustrating. I have cut back wrapping my hair to once a week because my hair is thinner on the right side and just spot curl w/my Caruso rollers as needed. Has anyone tried this method w/the buttercream Miss Jessies on texturized or degree relaxed hair? I don't want to buy the stuff and then it not work:look:

Any Texturized heads wanna help this lady out?

The only thing I can add is that Buttercreme is not a curl defining product, it's a moisturizer - so if you put it on your hair the best you will get is shine/moisture.

Curly pudding is the product to use for definition/shingling. On the curve website, the before and after picture sections - the ladies who have a 'silkener' (fancy word for texturizer) are examples of the results you 'can' get.
