Hi Ladies,

I am nearly 8 months post texturised or so, and I want to get my much due texturiser but although I only have about 3 inches worth off new growth the rest of my hair looks really natural. I don't know whether I should just texturise the new growth or go over the whole head??? I don't want to have curly new growth and natural ends.

what you think?

I would just still with texturizing the new growth.

But don't your curls loosen a bit when the chemical washes through it? If so, it time it should be fine.

I agree with divya...just texturize the new growth. Also, I notice that when I stretch for long periods of time, my texturized ends look closer to natural than texturized. However, when I texturize again (new growth only) it looks uniform and texturized. But it's not necessarily the run off of chemical on the ends, because I've observed this pattern the past 3 times I've been texturized and my ends are no straighter. (Hope that makes sense).
