Bre's hair is beautiful! I'm not the best weave detector but her hair looks real to me.

I'm not a good weave detector, but I assumed her hair is real and they use pieces and heat to make it different for shoots.

I am trying to remember to back when about the second episode when they gave everybody a makeover (you rememeber they cut the white chicks hair really short and she cried??:crying ...Anyway, some people had had added, chopped off, colored or whatever, but I really can't remember if they gave her a weave or not. I want to say they added extra hair, but i am not really sure....Either way, it's really pretty!

its weave, but still pretty, if u look at the top of her head in the curly pics, the part closest to her forehead, the curls are not connected...

I am a pretty good weave detector and I have to say that Bre's hair, to me, is very real and very healthy. I am sure they have added pieces here and there for the various shoots but that is ALL her. My main reason for saying this is because, if you notice, Bre is very low maintenance when it comes to her hair. Most of the time you see her, it's pulled up in the the top and down in the back(curly) or pulled back in a bun(like a wet bun, fresh out of the shower), or pulled back in a ponytail...and her edges all the way back to the bun or ponytail are matching textures, not gelled down to the extreme, not sticking out all over the place either, etc. One can always tell when a person takes care of their hair and Bre does a dang good job! You go Bre, low maintenance is key! (Hey that rhymed!)

I love Bre's hair from the moment she stepped on the ANTM...i believe it is her hair...because when she went to get her makeover done they didnt do anything to it but straighten it out because she came in there with it curly and then the one time i believe she had it slicked in a mohawk and told her to take it loose i believe it was her or it may have been another girl...but thats all her hair...

I think it's her hair too. In the two pics on this thread, one looks like her natural texture, and the second looks like they did a blow out and then curled it with a curling iron. If it's a weave, it's the best one they've had on the show (they do so much manipulation each cycle (season) that the weaves (on both black and non-black girls) usually look really, really ratty by the 5th week of the show.

I like both Nik's and Bre's hair, but Bre's hair is really amazing. It is thick and beautiful straight (I wonder did she use a flat iron) or curly.

In the makeover episode, only the light-skinned girl with the thick eyebrows (I think her name was Carrin sp.?) and one of the white chicks got weaves. Also, they added extensions to the Ebonne's hair with micro braids.

But the other black girls Bre and Nic only got blow-outs and have alternated between their curly and straight looks. Both have beautiful hair!

I watch every week too, and I believe that is her hair. When I was watching last night I was thinking that she is really brave to let them use all of that heat on her hair. But it has reverted evrytime- so I guess they know what they're doing.
