I have noticed that my hair does not do well with light oils (jojoba, vitamin e). The light oils seem to sit on top of my hair while the thick oils, castor oil/vegtable oil soaks right in.

Even when I used mtg (got great growth) the oil would just sit on top. With it being so hot I found oil behind my ears, my forehead was always bumpy and around my jawline.

When you use oils do you wipe off the residue or just go and let it soak in. I have tried mixing light oils with thick ones and that still does not work.

I have had to give up my mtg due to this.

I love when I use castor/vegtable oil mixed my hair does not feel greasy.:yep:

For me, it's about application and finding the right amount to ensure it soaks in and not linger at the hair's surface.
