Hi ladies, I have gotten my routine down pretty good and I have started the year off with a proper bunning challenge. The problem is that I think I need to get a good trim and pretty much start fresh. I have tried dusting my ends, but I don't feel like I did a very good job and they are still ragged. I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and get a professional trim (of an inch or so) and start from there. This way I would be starting my journey with healthy ends. My hair is breaking and I think it's because of the ends (the pieces seem to be from the ends of my hair and not in the middle or near the root).

I am doing henna and protein and lots of moisture and DCing...my balance is perfect, I just think I should start over with my ends...

What do you guys think? Should I just keep on trekking thru?:wallbash:

Yes definitely mini chop. I loved how healthy my hair looked after I mini chopped. Trust me, you will not regret it at all.

CUT IT!!!! :)

Just get it over with. In a couple of months you'll be back to your length and have healthy ends.

Oh, the reason I say cut is because those ends could keep on splitting up the hair shaft, and you may have to cut more in the future than you would now.
