Hi ladies,

I have not been on this side in a long time but I was navigating the hair forum again now that I am working on my hair regimen and it had me reminiscing on old school LHCF.

Does anyone still use tear rinse or hair soap bars like Chagrin Valley? What about Ayurveda? I remember when this was all the rage.

Finally does anyone have any hair supplements that they still use or recommend in 2025? Also is networks excel 21 still around or has it been discontinued?

Welcome back! I never used any of the items you mentioned, but I do remember the time when they were very popular. I've seen that some members are still using tea rinses, soap bars, ayurvedic ingredients, and vitamins. Hopefully they will come in here and share their experiences.

Excel 21 came back through Amazon, but I read that the price increased a bit.
There is an Ayurvedic thread somewhere. I will try to find it. Personally, I’m back using henna again. I just stir it into a conditioner and use it as a hair gloss. The shampoo bar I use is from Obia Naturals.
@snoop @Chicoro @MzSwift maybe able to help answer some of your questions.

Also, welcome back to the hair side!
