Tropical Conditioner Proteina de leche (Milk protein) Keratin Restorer anyone?

Hey everyone,
I stopped by the beauty supply store since I am out of suave conditioner and picked up this conditioner instead. I was wondering if anyone has ever used or seen it?

I also spotted a lot of dominican hair products and wondered if anyone uses any of them, if so which ones? and for what (conditioning, sealing, straightening)? Thanks in advance.

It has a good consistency and it's pretty thick too

The ingredients:
non-ionized water, alcohol cetoestearil, poliquart, dehyquart, gliceril monoestearato, propylenglycol hydantoin, protein milk extract, color free, fragrance.

I bought this conditioner spontaneously once then posted it on here requesting a review or wondering if anyone else had used it before. After getting no responses I went ahead and tried it anyway. Frankly it's nothing special LOL! And since I LOVE CONDITIONER and use it like drinking water it was done within two weeks. But, I definitely won't be spending another dime on it next time I see it at the beauty supply store! sho.
