I have done 14 or so twists on my blown out natural 4b hair for a twistout tom morning. Would it be a bad idea to pull it back into a bun and put a scarf over it before I go to sleep. Or should I just leave the twists down and out, then put the scarf over it. Does it matter?

Thank you, I think I'll do that. Putting them in a ponytail would leave an impression of the hair tie anyway.

Because you're wearing twistouts, your wavey roots/hair will disguise any impressions from hair ties. Most times I redo my hair at night with multiple ponytails, maybe 4 or more, with no problem.

For me, tying the hair without ponytails *might* give me one more day, so I only wrap that way the day b4 I co-wash and redo my hair. It might work better for you than me, but I just wanted to let you know that the loose ponytails work great too. :yep: Good luck!

Well, this turned into terrible twistout. I probably need to make the twist a bit tighter.
