Vitamins? Canada?

I'm new to this board and absolutely love it!
I was wondering if anyone is in Canada on a vitamin regimine. I can't seem to find anything in the stores with the recommended dosages of Biotin without buying "international". Any suggestions? Also, has anyone heard of vitol "great hair"?
