I have a dry itchy scalp and I read here that taking flax seed oil, and similar vitamins will stimulate my scalp to produce more oils. I have oily skin on my face and I was wondering if this would make my face more oily?

Some people around here are taking zinc or b-5 (or both) to combat skin problems that might occur with certain vitamins.
I think B-5 is supposed to help with the shine and zinc with acne. Another good "oil" vitamin is Evening Primrose. I think I read somewhere that many of these essential oils actually improve the skin if they are taken with zinc or vitamin c. And don't forget to drink plenty of water.
