Wal-Mart Vitamins

Has anyone seen positive results from taking Spring Valley vitamins from Wal-Mart ?
I have the following from Spring Valley :

Biotin
Hair , Skin and Nails
Evening Primose oil
Fish, Flaxseed, Borage Oil

Biotin, didn't see a difference

Flax and fish, yes definately Just didn't like taking too many at once.
