I have arthritis/fibromyalsia and will start swimming as a theraputic exercise. However, I need a good, I mean great swim cap! Is anyone out there a swimmer? Need your help or else I'm all washed up!

Thank you...

I don't think there're any truly waterproof caps out there, even if you double layer, your hair'll get moist

But, hey more than likely someone else knows more than me. Buuut..... if its for therapy it doesn't sound like you'll do much underwater anyway.

Before you put on your swim cap, dampen your hair and apply a conditioner. That will help prevent any chlorine from getting in your hair.
