I haven't decided whether to relax (I'm 20 weeks post now) or just do a henna/indigo treatment.

What are you planning to do to YOUR hair?:look:

I rinsed in the shower today for 10 mins separating it with my fingers letting the water run through... Deep conditioning over night. Then I'm going to put in 10 Bantu Knots and let them air dry and flat iron.

I dunno. I've been researching the ayurveda threads and I'm really interested in trying some of the methods. So I'll be visiting some of the Indian Markets this weekend. I'm trying to cure my PJism so I'll be going thru the stash and giving some products to the fam that I don't use anymore.

I think Imma cowash, dc and rollerset or bantu knots or flat iron or just air dry or braid out or twist out....or oh forget it, I'll just do something:ohwell:.

Shampood with KeraCare Hydrating Detangling

Dc'd for an hour with heat with Kenra Volumizing

Conditioned for 5 mins with Vitale Positive Conditioner

Rollerset with Silky Milk and two serums mixed together (Q.Silk and Silicon Mix)

I'm currently participating in the crown and glory challenge.

So I'll be washing and conditioning my hair while in braids. And I'm at that stage where buildup begins to occur so I'm re-braiding everything one by one but instead of buying a new pack of hair I'm using the same hair on my head and just taking them out and twisting them. It's a good way to save and keep your hair in longer periods especially when the synthetic hair gets all stale and stiff at the ends (don't know if im using the correct term). It looks good as long as nobody touches it..lol

I'm coloring it using ION color rinse in 'black'. they didn't have a black/brown mix. I hope it doesn't make my hair too hard. i like the rest of their products.

I just pressed it, I think my hair is getting fuller. What do you think ladies?

overnight dc (cause I want to and I'm tired) with SitriNillah dc/yes to carrots combo with Vatika Frosting

will rinse in the morning

cleans with Wen Fig
leave Wen Fig on for morning - doing steam treatment at sauna with it

getting rollerset at dominican salon for Saturday Night out..

The usual...rinse in the morning...shrunken puff.

I'm going to use a new product though. I bought some pure olive oil soap for my body and I want to see how it will do on my hair.

Since my weekend starts as soon as I get outta class on Friday I decided do my hair tonight. I had such a stressful week of studying and projects, in fact I was at the library until they literally turned off the lights and made an announcement they were closed.

So as soon as I walked back from the library I decided I needed to do something to relax. Deep conditioning to me is suupper relaxing! So I Dc'ed my hair with a blend of Queen Helene Cholesterol, ORS Replenishing Conditioner, and Aveda Damage Remedy treatment. Let that stay on for about 2 hours with a heating pad on my head while I watched Kathy Griffin Stand up and then Making the Band. It took forever to rinse out the Cholesterol. Then Id decided to roller set my hair for the 2nd time :). And now I'm sitting under the dryer waiting for it to dry.....

I dc tonight on dry hair with ojon, lustrasilk cholesterol with carrot oil, and some mega tek. I sat under the bonnet dry for 30 minutes, then fell asleep. Woke up about an hour ago, washed with patene R&N, conditioned with GVP conditioning balm (the jury is still out on that product). I took photos of wet hair to post later. Finally added moroccan oil, GVP potion 9 (LOVE that stuff), redken butter down and a little chi silk infusion. Put in 2 ponytails. I may flat iron in the morning and check progress with new progress t shirt and take more pics to post.

I plan to do nothing major to my hair at all this weekend. I only will moisturize my hair daily. Also I just plan to keep my hair in a puff with the front slicked back and baggie my hair at night.

took out braids last night...washed and dc over night now. I will cornrow hair today and leave them in for 2 weeks

Your hair is beautiful. It looks like it's getting thicker.

*Sigh* I still haven't decided whether to relax or just do a henna treatment. :wallbash::wallbash: I have to do something today because I'm starting to look like Frederick Douglas.

I'm getting a touch-up (I'm at least 10 weeks post), DC, rollerset and then a date with my bf. Hubba hubba!

The tags are killing me! :lachen:

Definitely DCing and following it up with an ACV rinse tomorrow...but haven't decided whether I'm gonna rollerset it or what afterwards. I cowashed last night before I went to a party (either I was gonna wash my hair back curly or the heat was gonna do it :look:) and now I'm getting ready to do it again for this block party.

I am going to be conditon wash/deep conditioner with Wen Fig & Pantene Moisture Fusion something like that under a hydra cap for 30 mins, moisturize it and let dry.

Still bunning, but I tried a different way of swooping it around to where I only use two of the "Good Hair Days" pins. Bunning is getting easier since my hair is finally growing past my shoulders. I'm about to go workout, so I'll be doing my second co-wash of the week tonight. I switched from Garnier to Herbal Essences - Hello Hydration and my hair is responding well to the change. I still have plenty of Garnier, so I'll use it next week.
