What causes dandruff? Can shampoo's cause it? I started shampooing with something new--Jessicurl's hair cleansing cream. I've noticed some dandruff...could it be because of the cream? Or something else??

As far as I know (in my own mind), dandruff is caused by product buildup and dry scalp (which looks similar) is caused by...well...dry scalp.
Is the shampoo drying? It may be dry scalp.

I dunno I didn't think it was...should I "oil" the scalp with something (non mineral oil). I can't tell the difference between dandruff and dry scalp frankly.
