I co-wash with the VO5 Moisture Milks conditioner and I love to co-wash my hair with Suave Humectant conditioner. Most times I use a mixture of both

I cant use the V05 or Suave conditioners. They leave my hair feeling dry. When I condition wash, I can only use cholesterol (such as Lekair). Lekair is so good that it works well with or without my added honey and jojoba, but I do it anyway. :)

I use the LeKair cholesterol to DC. I was thinking of using this as a co-wash also. Do you think il have too much buildup if i use this because the one that i have is mixed with glycerin and castor oil.

I just checked my bottle and the LeKair that I am using has mineral oil in it as well; so I assume all of them do.

My hair hasnt experienced any adverse effects from washing with it. But 1) I use shampoo 1-2 times per week (for DC) and 2) my hair seems to like mineral oil. So perhaps it may be different for you, but the only way to see is to try!

My hair comes out so moisturized, shiney and fully of elasticity when I CW with it. I do recommend adding the honey and oil though. It makes it work like a super deep conditioner!

TIP: when I condition wash, I apply the conditioner to dry hair and let it sit for at least 45 minutes.

Let me know how it works!
