what's your next hairstyle??

can ya'll PLEASE tell me what you plan to do to your hair next?? I'm in box braids bored out of my mind in these but I'm making myself keep them in for 2 full months, so can I live vicariously through you??

Even after I take my braids out I have no idea what to do, all I know is I want extensions cuz this short hair ish is for the birds

Funny that you posted this. I have Havana twists in right now (only for a week). I plan to keep them for 2 - 3 months.

I just emailed by braider and asked if she can do curly twists. I had them done twice before, with crochet braids (photos are here: http://goingnaturaltransitionington...-hairstyle-for-transitioning-to-natural-hair/), but I want singles this time.

No, I've only had extensions/twists 5 times in 5 years of being natural.

Ummm....I would assume that she was trying to take a picture to effectively show off the hair style, while at the same time censoring out her facial features. Much like the women do on here and a lot of other hair boards.

I have been craving this bob sew in for about 3 months now. The only thing that is stopping me is thinking about the cost. I have to purchase the hair, pay for the installation and the maintenance appts every 3 weeks at the salon. Yes, I know I could probably install and wash/condition/style at home to save money but I don't want to. So I'm just going to settle on roller setting for the next month until I get my senegalese twists done at the braiding salon. It's still costly but it's a one hit wonder and then I'm out my hair for 10 weeks. I may still get the sew-in around late summer/early fall though....gotta save my coins up first.
