where to buy hair scissors

I have been noticing some splits lately and I decided I should buy some professional hair scissors to trim my hair before it gets worse. Where do you ladies get your hair scissor? I would prefer a place online since I am on a college campus without a car.

I got a nice pair from Sally's for $18
I tested out the $9 dollar ones, but they didn't feel like they cut very smooth.

the $18 dollar black and gold one had nice smooth cutting action and the blades were only about 3 inches long
