Actually, I bought it from the same guy...because of the free shipping /images/graemlins/grin.gif. I got in less than 3 days...he ships fast. It doesn't seem diluted to me but this is this first time I will be using it and can't make a comparsion. I did have a slightly "bad" experience from purchasing a hair product from ebay before but the product turned out "all right". I figured I would just get this because after all shipping was free...
