I dont, with my texlaxed texture, it will just frizz up if I do. I use serum/oil instead. Anyone else? If so, do you feel that your hair is till in good condition?

I used to, but my ends got kinda dry sometimes. I know of 2 moisturizers that don't frizz me up.

the ORS cream and Loreal SMooth Intense Leave-in cream.

But, really I only use them on my ends and use my deep conditioning treatments for moisture.

Depending on what I am trying to achieve style wise, sometimes I won't use products that are water based. I will use oyin shine and define usually when going that route. I mean you can still use whipped pudding, or shealoe and it really won't shrink up too much. You can also mix castor oil in w/ some hair conditioner. It will give you super soft, shiny hair, and great definition on twist outs. My twists are awesome w/ the castor oil though. I try not to style too often on dry hair. Over time my hair seems to hate it. I got WAY off topic on this one lol :) sorry!

So can we just use conditioner and oil on dry hair, and it won't revert it? I have a lot of conditioners and I was just thinking about adding some to my pomades, just in case the conditioners don't work well as deep conditioners. I don't want to waste anything, even though some can be used as shaving cream for my legs and arms.
