Why does my hair look dull after Coppola Keratin Treatment?

I got the Coppola Keratin Treatment done at a white salon (she didn't have the flat iron on 450) and I felt like maybe she didnt' use enough solution on my hair.
My hair is soft, but not bone straight or very shiney like I see on the pics online.

I usually use a silicon on my hair, I didn't but anything on my hair. Could that be it? I honestly have no idea what to put on my hair. I did use the Coppala shampoo and conditoner and their leave in. However I feel like I need a silicone.

So.. ladies that have had it done, could it have been that she didnt use enough heat or put enough product in my hair??

Its almost midnight I can post some tomorrow. I'm looking at other ladies pics and their hair is shiny. Mine has no shine. Should I use a silicon?
