Why Your Curls Don't Look Like Hers (even Though You're The Same Curl Pattern)

I think they should have added shrinkage to that list as well. I have the same curl pattern in several sections of my hair but they have different shrinkage percentages so they look totally different. This isn't the same as length. I have different sections with the same length but different shrinkage so they look different.
 
I LOVE this article. Its so misleading when people fail to acknowledge density, porosity, and strand size when comparing hair types. Hair "type" is the LEAST important factor in my opinion. Im 4a/b but I have gotten the most helpful advice from other fine haired and hi-po naturals regardless of hair type.
