Check out iherb.com. I get Nubian Heritage and a bunch of other natural products from there. They ship quickly and the prices are reasonable too.

I honestly am not sure. I have never ordered from them but they seem to be one of the only places online to find the cowash. I would search for reviews on google. Good luck!
