So....What Are YOU Doing This Weekend to: Baby and Beautify YOUR Hair????
 
Pre-poo: Komaza Pona Hair & Scalp with an oil layered on top
Cleanse: Nexxus Therappe
Protein: Komaza Protein Strengthener
Condition: Kera Minerals
Leave Ins: TBD
Air Dry & Braid
 
I'm still giving the flat iron a rest (hair last flat ironed on December 13). I've been enjoying curly styles and such.

I'm going to moisturize my hair really well and flat twist it (already shampooed and deep conditioned - so no need to do that part again).
 
I will be wearing my new half wig this weekend. I'm putting off wash day til early next week.
 
I'll do a full MHM cycle tonight with conditioner and clay. My hair will be free this weekend.
 
Shampoo my locs with Dudu Osum Herbal shampoo. Used Aloe Vera Gel from the leaf on my hair and scalp.
 
Pre-poo overnight: Amla gloss

Clarify: Redken cleansing cream

Protein & steam: Milcreek Biotin

Leave in: Curl Junkie Strengthening conditioner

Big & bouncy flexi rod set using Carol's Daughter Macadamia foam

I have a banquet to attend on Sunday and I plan on slaying everybody in the room with my hair and outfit. lmbo
 
I am wearing a half top knot style today and tonight I plan on doing some bantu knots so I can wear waves for the rest of the weekend.
 
This will be an easy weekend.

Friday:
Pre-Poo - Hair Trigger on scalp, Coconut oil on the length under heating cap for 30 mins.

Saturday:
Wash: Keracare Hydrating Poo
Treatment: Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor for 3 mins
DC: Marie Deans Coffee and Kokum & Claudie's Moisturizing DC, Porosity Control, Olive Oil, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus oil under coffee for 30 mins.
Leave-ins: Annabelle's/Oil/Giovanni Direct
Heat Protectant: Komaza Care Matani
Roller Set: Sit under Pibbs for 1 hour
 
Prepoo: APB ayurvedic mask and PK exfoliating mask on scalp
Shampoo: elucence moisture benefits
Quick protein treatment in the shower wit curl junkie repair me
DC: Silk dreams RCA
Leave ins/heat protectants: silk dreams WGBC and PK daily damage defense
Braid and dry with soft bonnet dryer.
 
Since the rest of my head is soft and fluffy and not dry, I'll just touch up my edges with some APB Cookie Dough Ayurvedic Creme and seal it in with Oyin BSP.
 
Prepoo: Giovanni 50:50 condish
Clarify : Bobeam J'Rels detox clay bar
PT: Aubrey blue algae conditioning mask mixed with Aubery GPB conditioner

Blow dry to trim/even up if needed

Deep Conditioner - SM Manuka Honey

Doing Semi mini twists for a couple of weeks
 
Pre-poo'd overnight with coffee oil on my scalp and amla on my ends. Shampooed with Redken Cleansing Cream x2.

Wanted to do a Cassia treatment, but wasn't into having to pick out the sticks that'd be left behind so I made it into a cassia tea rinse. DC'd with ORS replenishing conditioner over mango butter and sweet almond oil.

I applied my leave-ins; my beloved SM restorative conditioner (which is now done :nono:) ogx serum and shea butter then put my hair into bantu knots. Tomorrow I'm going to re-twist my hair.

Well, actually, you could try SSI's Coconut Sorbet Pre-Poo Rx and there are a few others.

I don't know if you got any Mission:Condition before they went out?

But their TerraForma Pre-Poo Treatment was also Excellent!:lick:

b.a.s.k./bekura Whiskey Soak is a Pre-Rx.

I personally also like Shea Terra Organics Banana & Mongongo Oil Pre-Rx (although there were quite a bunch of 'mixed' reviews on this).

I've been asking HV to formulate one.:look:

ETA: I'm messin' with you. I know you stuck on BRB Chai Hair Tea:lol:

I keep looking at other stuff, such as the Bekura Whiskey Soak, but I quickly change my mind. I mean, why mess with perfection? :drunk:

Did my second oil treatment. I used olive oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, eucalyptus oil, castor oil, emu oil, argan oil and divided my hair in 8 sections then applied the oil mixture. I kept the mixture for probably 2 hours using the heating cap. I rinse the oil treatment then shampooed my hair with keracare 1st lather shampoo. After rinsing the shampoo, my hair felt okay but my hair has been feeling rough lately. I used the kenra moisturizing conditioner I just bought mixed with a little honey and I left the conditioner in my hair for hours...first I was just using my body heat to deep condition then decided to use my heating cap but then used went back to just using my body heat (I was cooking my dinner). I was pleasantly surprised when I removed my plastic caps how the conditioner was absorbed into my hair strands. My hair felt so moisturized when I rinsed my hair, detangling was a breeze and my hair remained moisturized while applying my leave in. I think I found a new staple.
 
Wash day will have to be today, I plan to do the following:

Black Sugar Seasame oil treatment

Funori "shampoo" treatment.

HennaSooq bar mixed with hibiscus and PM repair conditioner. Let sit for 4 hours if I have the time, then rinse, rinse rinse in the sink (the oil clog you shower FYI).

this probably a licorice tea rinse then braid out.
