So I have this deep conditioner that works o.k but not great. I was wondering what I could add to it to make it better in terms of giving me more moisture. I have oils (hemp, castor, olive oil) , honey, essential oil, and Ayurveda powders at my disposal. I am not much of a mixtress though. Any suggestions?

Add that hemp and olive oil...your hair will love you for it. I have tried a lot of oils and these two by far reign supreme, especially hempseed oil.

Add whichever oils that your hair likes the best to the conditioner. You don't even have to add a lot. Just make sure that it's mixed in well.

Oils (preferably nut oils), honey, yogurt, coconut milk, green tea or green tea (matcha) powder, hibiscus powder, amla powder, kelp powder, herbs, etc.

I add saa and honeyquat. The saa (silk amino acids) serve to add protein, the honeyquat moisture. Hth
