Hmmm...I have all these new wash and go products to try out, but with working out lately and rain every other day, I just need a break from my loose hair and have been wet bunning the past 2 to 3 weeks. I'll probably try this new ayurvedic line I got from The Innate Life out of Canada for my pre-poo and overnight tonight. I've opted more for overnight pre-poo treatments or 30 min - 1 hour with heat as my "deep conditioning" treatments lately do to convenience and my latest obsession with oils lately lol. I'll workout in the morning, wash hair in the shower afterwards with KC Come Clean, use KCKT to detangle and leave in, apply a stimulating scalp oil blend to the scalp, oil my ends, slick back into wet bun and keep it moving.
 
Friday Night or Saturday Morning

Pre-Poo: Olive Oil + Vo5 Conditioner
Cleanse: SM JBCO Shampoo
DC: Mielle Organics Babassu Conditioner
Leave- In: Karen's Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave In
*Blow dry my hair on cool to stretch it*

Appointment at 11am sharp on Sunday to get my twist installed :love: oh I will moisturize my hair really well before I go
 
Not really feeling a full wash day...
If I find the Cantu rinse, I may do a little something.

Exfoliate: Komaza Care Pona Hair and Scalp Treatment
Cleanse: Cantu ACV Root Rinse
Condition: One of the many SSI conditioners in the stash (Pomegranate, Sugar Peach, Avocado, Papaya, Apple Nectar, or Green Tea)
Post-wash: SSI Cranberry Cream Hair Cocktail, MyHoneyChild Sophia's Hair Grease, Wetline Gel on my edges

I'm so not used to short hair (haven't had short hair since I was a senior in high school). Oh well. I'm just happy my hair is growing. I'm still wearing my beautiful scarves since I'm not ready to show off my short hair just yet. Every once in a while, I take my scarf off while I'm at work. The main person that's used to seeing my hair is my husband. I have seen a few short styles that I plan to rock while my hair is growing back out. I have no idea if it will get as long as it once was (tbl), but I do plan on letting it grow out to see just how long it can get (post chemotherapy). My hair type was 3a, 3b and 4a (pre chemotherapy). Right now, it's growing back in at a type 1 (definitely not what I was hoping for). I'm going to continue to be patient and hope that it begins to curl. I miss my curly hair. Sigh...
 
I missed my scalp massage day on Wednesday night, so tonight I'll be taking my bun down and doing a scalp rub with DoGro Mega Thick Growth Oil and then right back into a bun until Sunday.

Sunday is wash day. But, I will be doing a hot oil treatment. I'm usually off on Sundays, but this Sunday I have to pull a short shift, so I'm going to get up Sunday morning, apply the hot oil to my hair, plait it back, roll it into a bun and go to work. When I get home that evening, I will Shampoo, Condition & Deep Condition with Gabrielle Unions Flawless line.
Then moisturize with my Olive Miracle Anti-Breakage Strengthening Moisturizer and seal with the Olive Miracle Anti-Breakage Growth Oil. Let my hair air dry to about 85%-90% then plait it back and roll it in a bun like regular....
 
Debating on going 1 more week before washing and re-twisting these mini twists.
If I do wash will:
Wash & Cond with Organix Biotin
DC Jakeala Sweet Honey Hair Thang mixed with Jakeala Hibiscus Flaxseed Marshmallow DC
LCO with APB Leave In, APB Ayurvedic Cream and Oil mix.
 
Prepoo & Detangle: Vatika Oil + SSI Sugar Peach Conditioner
Cowash: SSI Sugar Peach Conditioner
Shampoo: KeraCare Moisturising Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (diluted)
Moisturising DC: APB UCS + SSI Sugar Peach Conditioner + Hot Hed Cap x4 hrs :look: (I took a nap)
Leave In: APB LI Spray
Blow Dry: SM Keravega Monoi Oil Thermal something blah blah Spray and Cream
Style: APB Simple Cream + HTN Growth Oil + Dax (mainly on ends) + Inside cornrows (getting better at these)

-LCOB with MHC Type 3, MHC Honey Love, GSO, and MHC Ms. Sophia's Hair Grease
-Style in @faithVA's asymmetrical flat twist bun
 
My wash day:

- Prepoo - Currently have a mixture of J. Monique's Naturals Dead Sea Mud Wash, an egg, Bringhraj oil, honey and acv on my hair for about an hour.
- Shampooing with Joico K-Pak Shampoo
- Protein Conditioning with Joico Revitaluxe Restorative Treatment
- Moisture Conditioning with Joico Moisture Recovery Balm
- Leave in - Keracare Leave-in

Will heavy seal later tonight with Mizani H2O Night-Time Treatment sealed with MHC Type 4 Hair Creme.

Wayment....Did I say I was using my Olive Miracle Strengthing moisturizer??? I def meant, TGIN Green Tea Super Moist Leave In.... I'm leaving strengthing products alone for now...

Couldn't find any Root Rinse OTG but still not feeling a full wash day so here's what I'll do tomorrow after work or Monday evening...

Cleanse: QB Egyptian Wheatgrass Cleansing Tea
Condition: One of the many SSI conditioners in the stash (Sugar Peach, Apple Nectar, or Green Tea)
Post-wash: SSI Cranberry Cream Hair Cocktail, MyHoneyChild Sophia's Hair Grease, Wetline Gel on my edges
 
I'm in an install. Every product used will be diluted with water.

Wash- TGin shampoo
Dc- SSI Avocado conditioner
Moisturize- KCNT leave in

Ors Olive Oil Wrap set Mousse, then under the dryer.
Once dry, lightly add avocado oil to scalp.

Flat iron to style.
 
If you got up at 5:30 AM on a Sunday morn to wash your hair...you just might be about that LHCF life! So i'm up and at 'em this morning. Sitting with my moisture treatment in after a quick shampoo with Creme of Nature Argan. The smell is very familiar but i'm not thinking too hard about it. it is a pleasant smell. The moisture is coming from Sally's Ion Moisture Solutions. I opted for a hot towel wrapped around my plastic bags 'cause my hair dryer is hella loud...& i'm trying to not wake the whole house! I'll sit with it for about an hour and then get in the shower to rinse, leave-in and gel her down for an all day air dry session as I run around and get my errands and chores done.
