I've been avoiding Biosilk products: I have the Biosilk Hard Rock Gelee and luuuurve it. It has made me want to trial more Biosilk products, but I can't go down that path.

I tried to make them work but they are just eh for me. They were okay with twist outs but since I cut my hair I've only been doing wash and gos and I don't like them at all for those.

Also, I don't have any deep conditioners at the moment but the Redken All-Soft Conditioner works well as a DC for me so I'm not in a rush to purchase.

So um yeah. Starting session 2 with 1 less product than I did in session 1 despite using up so much. But I know it's because of all the hair samples I received over the past few months. And this session probably won't be any better. I'll be straightening my more often so I won't be washing and styling as much.

My goal for session 2 is to use up at least 15 products and get the overall stash down to under 65 products. I don't plan on buying much so hopefully I don't get plagued with a bunch of samples.

Did meet part of my goal of finishing at least 15 products this quarter. But my overall stash is still over 65. And as usual, it's due to receiving samples. I swear, even when I don't request samples in orders, I still get them and they almost always send hair samples. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get shampoos. Those last forever for me.

Making a super loft goal to finish up 25 products for this 3rd quarter. Since a good portion of what I have is samples, I think I can get a lot moved out. My plan is to alternate using up a sample then a full size to make sure everything get rotated through. Also going to try to avoid samples as much as possible. If I do get some, I might just pass them on.

Mask in the last 2 weeks . It took me ages to finish the Biosilk ,it’s very good and you only need a little bit . I also had the leave in but gave it away as I had too many things .

I plan to have pretty much no products left so that I can get 1-3 products and stick with them. I’m trying to be more and more responsible with my money, and I’m very prone to buying stuff in large quantities when I only need a few at a time.

I'm a little different. What got me in trouble was buying a few items from good sales, companies going out of business & getting free samples throughout the years. Unfortunately, I couldn't work through my product stash fast enough and it kept growing and growing. But, you are definitely right, we only need a few products at a time.

I liked both products but don't see the need to repurchase them anytime soon. I think I am close to finishing of the Mielle Organics Leave in and the Redken Anti-Snap so I'll revisit if my stash needs anything once those are done.
