i wanna do a protein treatment and henna my hair

I was planning on doing a protein treatment like Aphogee and my henna and indigo arrived in the mail. Which one should i use first or does it matter? Also, how long do I wait in between the two?

It depends on how you hair handles protein. I've done an emergencee treatment and the next week a henna gloss, my hair loves protein and for my hair henna is not protein at all.
