3 year anniversary on LHCF :)

Thank You everyone who wrote to check on me I am still here and going strong. My hair grew out so nice. I would like to thank LHCF for their support. I am still not to bra-strap, but I am almost there. I am happy with healthy hair. Who knew a 4 a/b hair could Grow hair like a white girl... ... I lost all progress from my first year due to setbacks of breakage and thinning due to heredity.

But I am going to keep plugging away and hopefully one day I will be able to post my 3 years progress and look like yours.

The first 1 year and 1/2 with LHCF armed me with knowledge to last me a life time. Every time I felt like giving up, I check the board to get re-inspired. Don't stop and don't give in.

I wash 2 times a week condition wash and once a week w/ shampoo.
I deep condition once a week.
Treatment once every 6 weeks
Perm every 14-16 weeks
I use heat maybe 3-5 times during my stretches.

I was a product junkie, so for the past year I been trying to use up everything I bought the 1st 2 years of LHCF. If anyone, needs anything check out my product page and I just might give it away, if I still have it.
