Redken conditioner for conditioner washing

Redken users,

Which conditioner would you recommend for daily conditioner washing and why?

My hair is natural and seems to suck up EVERYTHING. I work out 6-7 days a week and sweat like there is no tomorrow. Any recs for conditioners is greatly apperciated.

When I do cowash, I use Redken All Soft Conditioner. It is very moisturizing and has great ingredients IMO.

I agree. You should also try Redken All Soft heavy Cream.
