Thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regimen? Great growth!!!

Hey my regime is pretty simple

IC tea shampoo, Lekairs - shea butter, CPR (from time to time - about once amonth i will clarify and use the cpr with a plastic cap and towel and let it sit for anything up to a few hours, then follow it with lekairs), paltas soft oil and hair doctor are my only products.

I wash my hair and then condition with the lekairs with a plastic cap/bag (whichever i have lol) and a towel

Braid my hair individuals (i keep them in from about 4-6 weeks - im tryin 8 right now) i like to redo them as opposed to pull all my hair out, but i like having "fresh" parting and maybe its just me but i feel my hair feels/acts/looks better etc when i pull my hair out and redo it, i've also noticed the legnth is a bit more streteched - but maybe i'm seeing things who knows lol! Whenever i feel like it i will just rinse my hair in the shower with the water. From time to time i will wash and condition it (no set times, just when i feel like it - maybe every few weeks).

I spray it every couple days with hair dr, and rub some paltas soft oil on it. That is all.

No vitamins or growth aids yet (i've purchased some but i haven't started using them yet - i will update when i do!)
