Has anyone tried this new rinse from the Beautiful collectio especially for gray coverage? I saw it in Sally's yesterday and wanted to buy it but I thought I would wait to get some reviews!

I saw this too. The colors are beautiful! I would love to try it but not sure how it would work with Henna.

A rinse for grey hair??? Let me at it!! Will stop by Sally's to see if in stock locally and use it tonight if they have it.

I'm going today to because i'm sitting here looking like Mrs. Claus around the edges.

I used it this past Saturday I love it so far. My gray is now the exact same color as the rest of my hair instead of highlighted which is what normal rinses do to it. I just hope it doesn't wear off quickly like the original Beautiful collection.

I have a considerable amount of Grey, and I did a Henna & Indigo treatment last week and I am totally loving the coverage (for my grey). I started to shy away from the harshness in the rinse/semi permanent, permanent, blends. My Salon was a long time user of the Beautiful Collection. Since I've taken over my hair care, I have personally found Henna/Indigo to be a very doable option. I don't have to do it as much since it grows out and no washes away, which was a real plus. Not to mention the benefits of the Henna application on hair. My grey is fully covered, my hair is shiny and it doesn't leave that dull cast that Bottled Coloring can sometimes do.

Thanks!!! I may try it after I get my relaxer next week. I'm tired of trying to hide the gray by parting my hair in different ways!

That's funny:lachen::lachen: I do the same. However, I won't be trying it tonight and writing a review.

ALL GONE! Every last "Black." Now if I wanted mahogany brown the show could still go on.
The closest Sally's only had ONE display carton. They put it out on Saturday...and Monday it's vanished!

I am curious if after you wash your hair do you get those dreaded color drips? I hate when that happens. If anyone tries it, please post whether or not the color drips after the initial shampoo. Thanks!

Good one!

And does it get on your clothes/pillowcases? (I realize this may take sometime before you know this)

The color i choose was dark brown, so now my scalp is reddish brown. It covered most of the gray hair, my hairline has a few gray that didn't take as well as i would have liked.
This will be the hair color i use to grow out my permanent nice & easy hair color.
One last thing the dark brown color looks like a off black, but my hair line is stained
reddish brown. Scale 1-5 i give it a 4.

Well...I did the rinse Friday night. I used the Dark Brown color. It did cover my gray but it came out a little darker than I would have liked. The color is more black. I will see how long it last over the next month.

Update: This was a no go for me. I purchased 4 bottles just in case it worked. It didn't. I know I will never find the receipt and our Sally's won't take back without receipt.

The coloring had a shorter life span than Jazzing! It was also gummier/sticker to use.

Oh no:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:. I was really hoping this one would last a few washes.....

I've used it. It does cover a little bit better and last a "tad" bit longer than the original formula, but don't expect any miracles from this product!!!! If you co-wash a few times week, forget it...Ain't gonna last. I wash my hair 1x per week and I have found that I have to touch up those grey areas within 2 weeks. If you work out, you will find that it may bleed a little when you dab at the sweat on your hairline. After my next touch-up I will be using a demi because I hate having to touch up the grey areas everytime I wash my hair.

Used it, hated it. I think I got an allergic reaction or something bit me in the back of my head on the left side. I used it Saturday, Monday I woke up with a knot and it's still sore, my daughter said the red is gone. I co-washed last night to let cool water run on my scalp and 1/2 the color is gone. Oh yeah, I used the dark brown too which looks like a dry charcoal black. STANKY CLAIROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What demi do you use? I want to use a demi but I'ma scared:look:.

So sorry to hear that happened to you KPH. Guess I am sticking with Colorshowers until I do some more research.

That's what I found as well. What demi do you use?

I've used it quite a bit and I agree that it does cover gray a bit better than the regular rinse...however there is a limited choice of colors and it does not last much longer.

Most of my gray is right at the hairline and I hate that. I have had better results with Bigen which is ok if you like very dark hair. Right now to touch up my hairline I Use the Nice & Easy root touch up . I have kinky twists in now so I just mix up the color brush it on my hairline and the visible grays in the front and then rinse it out thoroughly with a dripping wet washcloth. I have had great results doing that and the color lasts at least a month.

I just used this in the Burgundy Brown mixed with the Mahogany Red Brown. Yes, it is a little bright. But, It covered my stubborn gray pretty well.

Well, I'm getting ready to rinse this out. I'm using heat and letting it stay on a little longer than recommended.

I'm going to do a BKT over it in a couple of days so hopefully it will cover my gray and then I can seal it in with the BKT. My cellophane was not sticking to my grays at all any more it seems.

I know this is old! How are you doing with the Nice and Easy Root Touch Up? I have been using it, but was trying to find something new because it is a permanent color.

In an EMERGENCY I used one of the Beautiful for Grey on my hair. I got much better results by washing hair first, and then using heat for about 15 minutes.
