If you ladies had to pick just ONE product to handle your hair moisture needs( this may be impossible, but work with me), whether it be a conditioner, leave in, moisturizer, oil, WHATEVER, what would it be??
CheerBear....are you using anything to seal in the moisture after you have wet your hair? This is important.
I think another factor may be the type of water. I use distilled water to spray my hair because I've noticed hard water deposits around things in my home where tap water was used. I imagine that as the regular water dries, it leaves hard water deposits on your hair too.
I still rinse my hair with regular (tap) water when I wash but I make sure that that isn't the only thing applied to my hair.
Daviine..I may try doing a final rinse with distilled water since we have extremely hard water in my area, but typically when I'm wetting the ends, it's with my distilled water mister. I use products to seal in the moisture everytime. Maybe I'll cut back because i know putting to omuch stuff in my wet hair causes it to be dull and kind of dry and weighed down when it dries..
