Thanks to the wonderful information provided to me by Dlewis, Pokahontas, and other wonderful women I completed my first rollerset since I have been a member of LHCF and I have found my staple style. The wonderful thing that I love about this board is that ideas are put out there and you can try them if you want and tweak them to suit your own needs. For the first time last night I used diluted, already made lottabody (I used alot of water thanks to Pokahontas' advice) and the curls came out wonderful. I used the paper on the ends of my hair and they kept my ends nice and calm while they were being rolled, I had no frizzies. The wrapping didn't work well for me because I like the curls of a rollerset but I wanted to try it. When I unwrapped it was a bit too puffy at the roots for me so its up in a twist.
I love my rollerset out come, my hair is soft and full, which I love.....but its all about trial and error. You sometimes have to try the advice that you are given to see if it works for your hair or not. I can definitely show length now using the roller set wrap method though!!!

. My hair is uneven so I had to roller different ways, but it made my hair nice and soft and shiney too from the coconut oil. I rolled my hair tight around the rollers so my roots were some what straight but I had some difficulty to pinning the roller tight. But I guess trial & error. I'll try to find some longer clamps. I love my curls too but I did a cross wrap: since I still had coconut oil and dents in my hair it came out denty but I still loved the way it felt.
