My Regimine is in my fotki. It is really low maintainance. Pre-poo with olive oil approx 15min, shampoo with either nexxus therapee or ion color defense, condition with either Loreal mega moisture nature's therapy or Neutrogena recovery mask. Leave in condition with Herbal Essence Long Term Relationship and air dry.

I was so excited about my progress that I had to post my progress pics 4 days before my 1yr anniversary! I don't think I quite made APL which was my goal. But I am still pleased. Thank you all for your advice and support!

It dosen't matter if I am or close to APL anymore........because after all that hard work I went to the salon for a trim and I ended up cutting my hair. I cut all the layers out and have a complete blunt cut. My new 2009 goal is blunt full APL. Which I am sure I will achieve.
