I put mine in myself the second week in July so it's been 7 weeks. I was looking at your fotki and weave bible everyday for like a week just to get everything back in my knowledge because I wore weaves straight for like 8 years, but never while trying to take care of my hair underneath. I even bought my hair from allaboutmyhair.com after you said you bought hair from there. They were the cheapest. And I would follow one of your rules that says take out your own weave. I think it even said "I won't let my own sister do it" LoL... But only because I like to do it in my room by myself. I have done it many different ways and that works best for me.

I'm seriously contemplating whether or not I want to ask her to do it. lol I really need to start doing it myself. I know I'll save so much, and I could afford to reinstall more often. I'd probably be switching it up all the time.

There is DEFINITELY a LOT of growth...Did you notice a big difference in the hair that was left out? That may give you some type of indication also?? ( I could not see the nape comparison too well for some reason)
