Here's my starting pic! I tried measuring it with a ruler and the back is about 8" or so. (Don't mind the ugly plaits! Lol. I'm keeping my hair braided up and pin them into a presentable updo for work. )

I just wanted to add my starting pics. I put a weave in early December so these pics are technically from 2010. I bced the last day of May but I'm saying June and I had some damage because I didn't know how to take care of the color I got. So I'm hoping for shoulder length in 2011.
